By booking any tour or service with PaulNoir LLC, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
We offer a flexible refund policy depending on the timing of your cancellation. The following conditions apply:
Cancellations Made 60 Days or More Before the Tour Date:
Full refund, minus a processing fee of $100 per person.
Cancellations Made 30-59 Days Before the Tour Date:
50% refund of the total tour price.
Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before the Tour Date:
No refund will be issued.
2. Tour Transfers
In cases where you cannot attend your scheduled tour, you may transfer your booking to a future tour, subject to availability and approval. A transfer fee may apply depending on the circumstances and time frame.
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience a medical emergency or another unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may consider exceptions or offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.
4. Cancellations by PaulNoir LLC
In the rare event that PaulNoir LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a tour, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another tour at no additional cost.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Payment Processing Fees
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method. Any third-party processing fees (e.g., credit card charges or bank fees) are non-refundable.
7. No Refunds for No-Shows or Late Arrivals
If you fail to attend the scheduled tour without prior notice, or arrive late and miss part or all of the tour, no refund will be issued. We encourage all participants to plan accordingly to ensure they can fully enjoy their experience.
